Close to Skye-fall is the garden at Armadale Castle with exotic trees and shrubs from around the world, a new distillery at Torabhaig and walks to suit everyone!
For music and art lovers there are regular concerts hosted by world class musicians and because Sleat is home to many artists on the island you can visit their galleries and studios. Also close by is the ferry port at Armadale which will take you to the town of Mallaig on the mainland.
The Space
The Lounge
The accommodation boasts a bright and spacious living area and is fully kitted out with 2 large comfy sofas with a 55” Flat screen TV and DVD player. Fitted with oak furnishings throughout, this provides a warm and cosy feel to the lounge and the upstairs. A spiral staircase provides access to the bedroom, with a light feature that gives a stunning and unique focal point.
Enjoy relaxing over a meal and glass of wine at the dining table or al fresco on the outdoor seating area which is accessed through double patio doors from the lounge. There are board games, books and DVDs that are all included in your stay so please feel free to enjoy at your leisure.
There is a ground floor toilet adjacent to the lounge which boasts mosaic glass under floor heating and a brand new fitted wash basin and toilet.
The Kitchen
The modern kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker and fan oven with a dish washer and microwave therefore catering for all your needs. It has mahogany oak worktops with white oak kitchen units with lots of room for storage. There is a single fridge with freezer.
The Bedroom
A beautiful spiral staircase from the lounge leads you to a large king-size bedroom with adjoining en-suite with his and hers washing facilities. This room is spacious and very comfortable and offers lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
The En-suite
The en-suite is tastefully decorated black glass under floor heating and 2 sink basins for his and her and a modern shower unit and Grohe power shower. Bathrobes are also provided.
Outside
Patio doors lead to the outside picnic area which will allow you to enjoy the peace, tranquillity and beauty of the property and its surroundings. You are free to wander around the whole of the property to soak up the stunning views.
Parking
A private parking space is also provided outside the Guest Suite
